CLEAN AIR TASK FORCE (CATF)

The goal is to make the newly available RISE PA program the focus of the campaign to drive application submissions to the program, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.  Messaging focused on the program’s importance for industrial decarbonization, highlighting benefits like job creation, emissions reductions, and Pennsylvania competitiveness.
